Keynote speaker Carol Martinez of Los Angeles, Inc. will talk about the downtown LA restoration project and how it is affecting her role as Associate Vice President for Media Relations and Communications. We will also announce the recipients of the 2008 IABC-LA SUCCESS Award and Sunshine Volunteer Recognition Award as well as introduce the 2008-09 IABC-LA Board of Directors.
