Surprise! We're growing (again) and on the look out for the following person:
- Must like chocolate
- Must clap whenever Debra's "Can Can" ring tone starts playing
- Must become accustomed to having his/her desk very decorated on their birthday
But seriously...
We're looking for a Creative Recruiter / Account Manager to add to our illustrious team of overachievers.
Someone with experience working in the staffing industry and with creative services and marketing departments, preferably serving a customer base consisting of Fortune 1000 companies and mid-sized businesses.
Someone with the most awesome customer service skills imaginable.
Not to bag on anywhere, this is not like a lot of staffing agencies.
And I'm not going to say we have heart, here.
I'll say we have chocolate and leave it at that.
We also have rooms with names like Tadpole and Salmon, we have theme songs for certain meetings, an awesome Area Manager, and we try to have a good time, even when things get rough.
Especially when things get rough. (They always do, don't they? Even though they never tell you that in your first interview.)
Most importantly (and I'm stressing this here), we are not looking for people who want to work with everyone else in this office. We are NOT looking for Maverick from Top Gun (in more ways than one).
