Reduce the Randomness in Your Game

Second foray into vlogging. The first installment was like 8 minutes long and everyone said that was too long. This one is closer to 2 minutes.

Basic message here: If you're going after something specific, like getting a specific job in a specific department at a specific company, then you have to reduce the randomness in your approach. In short, you've got to present it as if you and this role were destined to be together.

Thanks Matt, that was useful. Knowing when to focus in hard and when to use "random" creatively to get the result(s) you want, is a really important skill. (Vimeo streaming fine here in UK - just read your comment on Twitter.)

That is pretty random, Matt. I love it!!
