If you would like to understand the Hegelian Dialectic (though why would you?) you should start with "the negation of the negation." Hegel's logic hinged on the interesting idea that negating a negative produces a positive: If you are un-un-employed, you are employed. In fact, that is, ideally, the function of the Aquent dialectic.
If you are reading this blog, chances are that one of the 3 Un's applies to you. Why do I say this? Well, on account of the fact that the majority of people who interact with Aquent are either outright unemployed, freelancers looking to supplement their business, or regular folks dissatisfied with their current work situation. Of course, this means that most of the people who seek us out are feeling bummed, stressed, broke, or all three. That's a drag. I've been all three, so I feel ya.
Of course, I'd like to test my basic presumption of your un-ness. To that end, would you mind taking this poll?
